Meeting point
- The boat departs from Sa'Ada Marina. Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive the exact meeting point location, departure time and all the information needed for boarding via WhatsApp.
- If you prefer not to arrange your own transportation, you can request a pick up and drop off service from your hotel or accommodation, available for an additional fee depending on the area.
The experience lasts approximately 6 hours and is organized according to tidal conditions, with around 4 hours to spend on Jaradah Island. Departure times may therefore vary to allow you to experience the island under the best possible conditions.
Sa'Ada Marina
The experience begins at Sa'Ada Marina, where you'll meet the crew and board your private boat. After receiving the necessary information before departure, you'll set off towards Jaradah Island.
Sailing to Jaradah
Leaving the marina behind, you'll begin the journey towards Jaradah Island. Enjoy the boat ride and the views as you move away from the coastline and the pace of the city, before reaching one of Bahrain's most distinctive natural destinations.
Jaradah Island: sea, snorkeling & relaxation
On arrival, you'll discover Jaradah Island, also known as “the disappearing island.” Its shape and size change with the movement of the tides: at low tide, the stretch of sand emerges from the sea, while at high tide it is gradually covered by the water. Surrounded by the sea and free from permanent structures, Jaradah offers a simple and natural setting characterized by soft sand and clear waters.
You'll have around four hours to enjoy the island at your own pace: swim, snorkel with the included mask, relax on the sand or take photographs. For added comfort during your time on the island, chairs and a gazebo will be available, along with water, soft drinks and a fresh fruit platter.
Optional Extra: If you would like to complete the experience with lunch on the island, you can add the optional barbecue to your booking for an additional fee.
Return to Sa'Ada Marina
At the end of your time on the island, you'll board your private boat for the return journey to Sa'Ada Marina, where the experience comes to an end.

Is the excursion private?
Yes. The boat is private and reserved exclusively for your booking for the entire experience.
Is the price per person or per boat?
The price is for the entire boat and varies according to the selected boat type and its maximum capacity. After selecting your boat, simply choose the number of participants who will be joining the experience.
Can I add a barbecue on the island?
Yes. The barbecue is optional and can be added for an additional fee during booking. It must be selected for each person who would like to have it. It includes grilled beef burgers, lamb skewers, chicken wings, bread served plain or toasted on the barbecue, and fresh salad.
Can I request pick up and drop off from my hotel?
Yes. Pick up and drop off can be added to your booking for an additional fee, depending on the location of your hotel or accommodation.
