Cancellation policy
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour: 100% refund, excluding transaction fees.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the start of the tour: 50% refund, excluding transaction fees.
- Cancellation within 24 hours before the tour or no show: no refund.
- If the experience is cancelled due to weather or sea conditions that do not allow it to operate safely, you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund, excluding transaction fees.
Is the boat private?
Yes. The boat is reserved exclusively for your booking and will not be shared with other guests.
Is the price per person or per boat?
The price is fixed per boat, not per person. You can enjoy the experience with your partner, family or friends within the permitted boat capacity.
Can I choose between a daytime, sunset or evening departure?
Yes. Different departure times are available throughout the day, including around sunset and in the evening, subject to availability and operating conditions.
Is hotel pick up and drop off included?
No. Pick up and drop off are not included in the standard price, but can be arranged for an additional fee depending on your location.
Can I swim or dive during the tour?
No. Swimming and diving are not permitted during this experience.
What happens if the tour cannot operate because of weather or sea conditions?
If the experience cannot operate safely due to weather or sea conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, excluding transaction fees.
