From the south of Bahrain to Manama, the tour takes you across the Kingdom with stops at some of its most representative places.
The order of the visits may vary during the day depending on opening hours, traffic or unexpected closures. During national holidays or local celebrations, some stops may be replaced with suitable alternatives.
Al Fateh Grand Mosque
The tour begins with a visit to Al Fateh Grand Mosque, the largest mosque in Bahrain and one of the Kingdom's main places of worship. During the visit, you'll have the opportunity to learn more about Islamic culture and discover a modern mosque, characterised by imposing architecture and built with materials from different parts of the world.
Important: on Fridays, the mosque is reserved for prayer and guided visits inside are not available. Access may also be unavailable during public holidays, events or extraordinary closures. In these cases the stop will be made outside, with time to admire the architecture and take photographs.
Tree of Life
We'll leave the city and head into the desert to visit one of Bahrain's best known landmarks: the Tree of Life. This centuries old tree stands alone in an arid landscape and has inspired curiosity and stories for generations because of its ability to survive in such an unusual environment.
First Oil Well
A short distance away, we'll reach Bahrain's First Oil Well, an important place in the country's modern history. This is where the oil industry began in Bahrain and the Gulf.
Camel Farm
We'll continue to a camel farm, one of the most popular stops of the tour. You'll have the chance to see the camels up close, walk among them and their young, and take some photos during the visit.
Bahrain International Circuit
Our next stop is the Bahrain International Circuit, home of the Bahrain Formula 1 Grand Prix since 2004. You'll get a closer look at one of the landmarks of modern Bahrain and visit the area dedicated to the circuit and its official merchandise.
Bahrain Fort
We'll then travel north to visit Qal'at al Bahrain, the Bahrain Fort, one of the country's most important historical sites and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The area preserves traces of several civilizations that settled here over the centuries and is closely connected to the history of ancient Dilmun. From the site, you can also see the contrast between the historic fortifications and the modern skyline of the Seef area.
Bab Al Bahrain & Manama Souq
We'll finish the tour in the heart of the capital, around Bab Al Bahrain and the traditional Manama Souq. You'll have some free time to explore the market, browse shops, spices, perfumes, fabrics and local products, look for a souvenir or try some traditional Bahraini specialties. The guide will remain available for suggestions and assistance. At the end, you can choose to stay at the Souq and continue exploring the area on your own, or use the included drop off service.

What to bring
- Comfortable shoes, sunscreen and sunglasses.
- A valid ID or a copy or photo of your passport.
- Appropriate clothing is required only for the visit inside the mosque. Men must wear long trousers and keep their shoulders covered, while women must wear an abaya or a long, modest outfit that covers the arms and legs, with their head covered. You do not need to dress this way for the entire tour: if your clothing is not suitable for entry, the mosque provides abayas and head coverings for women and thobes for men to borrow during the visit.
Good to know
- Please be at the meeting point or ready for pick up at the confirmed time. In case of delay, the group may wait for a maximum of 15 minutes. After this time, you may join the group at your own expense at a later point along the tour route.
- The order of the stops may vary depending on traffic, opening hours, public holidays or site closures.
- The tour operates in case of rain unless conditions prevent it from running safely.
- Out of respect for local culture and privacy, please avoid photographing people, particularly those wearing traditional clothing, without their permission.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation up to 48 hours before the tour starts: 100% refund, minus transaction fees.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the tour starts: 50% refund, minus transaction fees.
- Cancellation within 24 hours of the tour or no show: no refund.
Is hotel pick up included?
Pick up and drop off are included within the areas covered by our service. For hotels or locations outside the standard service areas, an additional fee may apply and will be shown during booking.
Can I book a group tour if I am travelling alone?
Yes, if there is already at least one other confirmed booking for that departure. If there are no other confirmed bookings yet, a minimum booking of two people will be required, or you can choose the private option where available.
What is the difference between a group tour and a private tour?
On a group tour, transportation and the guide are shared with other guests. A private tour is reserved exclusively for your booking, with a dedicated vehicle and guide and greater flexibility throughout the day.
Can I customise the itinerary if I choose a private tour?
The private tour follows the planned itinerary, but some timings or stops can be adapted to your preferences where possible. For more significant requests or changes, please contact us before booking so we can check whether they can be accommodated.
In which language is the tour conducted?
The tour is conducted in the language selected during booking. On group tours, in exceptional circumstances, the guide may alternate between more than one language during some parts of the tour to assist guests of different nationalities.
What happens if one of the attractions is not accessible?
In case of closures, public holidays, local events or other circumstances that prevent a visit, the itinerary may be adjusted and the affected stop may be replaced with an alternative, when available.
Can I make special requests before the tour?
Yes. You can let us know about any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate them depending on availability and the tour arrangements. For mobility or accessibility requirements, we recommend contacting us before booking and clearly explaining the assistance you need so we can confirm in advance whether the tour is suitable for you.
Is it possible to visit Al Fateh Grand Mosque on Friday?
On Fridays, the mosque is reserved for prayer and guided visits inside are not available. The stop will therefore take place outside the mosque, with time to admire the architecture and take photographs.
What should I wear when visiting the mosque?
The dress code applies only to the visit inside the mosque. Men should wear long trousers and keep their shoulders covered. Women may wear their own abaya or a long, modest dress that covers the arms and legs and does not have a low neckline, together with a headscarf. Mosque staff may still require visitors to wear the abaya provided by the mosque. Abayas and head coverings for women and thobes for men are available to borrow during the visit. Even though suitable clothing is available at the mosque, we recommend arriving dressed respectfully and appropriately for a place of worship.
Does the tour include an internal visit of the Bahrain International Circuit?
The tour includes access to the publicly accessible areas of the Bahrain International Circuit, but it does not include a guided internal tour of the circuit. During the stop, you can visit the outdoor areas open to the public and the official merchandise shop. When access is permitted, you can also reach the Main Grandstand area, which overlooks part of the track and the pit area. During races, events or other scheduled activities, access to some areas may be restricted or unavailable.
